Spark Grimsby Business Support Programme Website LaunchedDeborah
Spark Grimsby is a new support programme, commissioned by Grimsby Creates – the Cultural Development Fund programme that supports creative businesses in North East Lincolnshire.
Spark Grimsby officially launches on Tuesday 26th January via a virtual event. However, the website showcasing the support available to those in the creative industries in North East Lincolnshire is now live.
The website – www.sparkgrimsby.co.uk – will form part of the legacy of the project when the support programme concludes in three years. The website features opportunities for those in the creative industries to promote themselves or their businesses, and connect with others from around the region. There’s also a jobs board for the promotion of creative opportunities.
Guy Lewis, Project Lead for Spark Grimsby, said: “We’re hoping that www.sparkgrimsby.co.uk is more than a site that people use as a resource to find out about events we’re delivering or support is available – ideally we would like it to become a hub for creatives in North East Lincolnshire to connect, network and collaborate. People can find out more at our virtual launch event on Tuesday 26th January – registrations are via the website”.
Entry to the event is free, registration is via the website: www.sparkgrimsby.co.uk or www.sparkgrimsbylaunch.eventbrite.co.uk
The Spark Grimsby programme supports those across all creative industries from architecture through to fashion and theatre, and extends to students studying creative subjects at GIFHE (Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education).
